After Prem’s father, Moti Baa, and their high standards and demands, Anupamaa faced many challenges during the wedding festivities. Tension Rises in Anupamaa’s House
The next episode will bring unexpected trouble as the Shubh Aasan goes missing from the mandap. This was an important part of the wedding, and its responsibility was given to Anupamaa and her family. When Anupamaa realizes that the Shubh Aasan is missing, she quickly asks Toshu, but he is also unaware of its whereabouts.
At that moment, Moti Baa arrives and demands the Shubh Aasan. Anupamaa honestly tells her that it is missing. Moti Baa becomes furious and blames Anupamaa, calling her careless. She also reminds everyone that the Shubh Aasan is their ancestral treasure. She further accuses Anupamaa, saying that in a place like this, anyone could have stolen it. She even blames the staff of Anu Ki Rasoi, especially Janaki.
However, Anupamaa stands firm and defends her team, saying they would never steal. Just when the blame game is getting worse, Anil arrives and announces that he has placed the Shubh Aasan in the car. With this revelation, everyone breathes a sigh of relief. Anupamaa then takes the opportunity to give a taunt to Moti Baa, indirectly suggesting that she should apologize to the staff for her accusations.
Anupamaa’s Emotional Gift to Raahi Before Bidaai
As bidaai preparations continue, Raahi sits quietly in her room, overwhelmed with emotions. Anupamaa comes and sits beside her. She hands over the keys to Krishna Kunj (their home) and tells Raahi that though she is married now, she will always have a place in her mother’s house. Anupamaa also gives her a handkerchief to wipe her tears, reminding her that she won’t always be there to do so. Additionally, she gives Raahi kajal (black eyeliner) to wear daily, believing it will protect her from the evil eye.
Rasoi Ritual
Soon, Baa arrives and calls Raahi for her first rasoi ritual. As per tradition, Raahi has to roast papad. Baa explains that the ritual signifies burning away anger and ego before stepping into a new phase of life. After roasting, Raahi crushes the papad, symbolizing that she must leave behind any bitterness and embrace her sasural (in-laws’ home) with an open heart.
During the ritual, Raahi looks around, searching for Anupamaa. Understanding her emotions, Prem brings Anupamaa to the kitchen, saying that the mother and daughter should be together until the bidaai. This sweet moment brings smiles to their faces.
Meanwhile, in another corner of the house, Parag and Moti Baa discuss their hidden motives. Moti Baa tells Parag that she will handle Raahi, while he must keep an eye on Anupamaa. Just then, Ishani enters with buttermilk and overhears their conversation. She later shares this secret with Pakhi. However, Pakhi, being selfish, tells Ishani to keep quiet, as they need to stay in Moti Baa’s good books to get her and Raja’s marriage alliance finalized.
