However, the show is getting its mojo back, as it was ranked 2nd after Anupamaa on this week’s BARC TRP chart. The show currently stars Bhavika Sharma and Hitesh Bharadwaj in lead roles, and their performances are helping to maintain its popularity.
Meanwhile, another Star Plus show, ‘Maati Se Bandhi Dor,’ is struggling with mediocre TRP ratings. Considering it’s a Star Plus show, and airing on the number one channel in the Hindi TV landscape, these ratings are quite underwhelming.
Despite featuring popular lead stars like Ankit Gupta and Rutuja Bhagwe, the show hasn’t managed to captivate the audience as expected. There were rumours that the show might get off-air due to poor response.
Now there are reports that to improve the TRP of ‘Maati Se Bandhi Dor,’ an integration episode featuring ‘Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin’ and ‘Maati Se Bandhi Dor’ will soon happen. The network hopes this crossover will revive the ratings for ‘Maati Se Bandhi Dor’ and attract more viewers.
